The Pro model is expensive. I would recommend the V1 Plus for most users, as the price difference for the marginal increase in range/speed in the Pro doesn't fully translate to real-world value.

I really enjoy the small, smart details, like the ability to open the seat and handlebar lock electronically. It's these conveniences that make the high purchase price feel somewhat justified.

I faced some initial software glitches with the display hanging or connectivity dropping, but the OTA updates seem to have fixed most of them. The potential is there, but the software needs continuous refinement.

The SOS alert system and geo-fencing are reassuring safety additions for a parent. It’s comforting to know the scooter is constantly monitored and alerts are sent in an emergency.

The boot space is decent, but because the two batteries take up space, fitting a full-face helmet can be tricky. It's a trade-off I accept for the removable battery convenience.

The design is unique and stands out. The exposed framework and sharp lines look very futuristic. The overall build quality is solid, reflecting Hero MotoCorp's legacy of reliable engineering.

The charging time is long—around 5.5 hours for 0-80% using the home charger. This makes quick charging critical. Thankfully, the fast-charging network is growing, though not as widespread as I'd like yet.

The suspension is well-tuned. The telescopic front fork and monoshock absorb bumps effortlessly, providing a very comfortable and stable ride, even at the top speed. It feels premium and well-engineered.

I love the connected features like Keyless Entry and the Follow Me Home lights. It feels very sophisticated. Hero has done a good job making the software feel modern and intuitive.

For the price (around ₹1.5 lakh), I was disappointed that it only has a front disc and rear drum brake setup. At these performance levels, all-disc brakes or dual-channel ABS should be standard.

The split seat design looks great, but it's not very comfortable for long rides. It feels narrow and hard after about 30 minutes. An aftermarket cushion is almost a necessity for Indian riders.

The 7-inch TFT screen is vibrant and the touch functionality is responsive. I appreciate the ability to create a Custom riding mode—I've tuned it for a perfect balance of economy and quick acceleration.

The 165 km claimed range (3.94 kWh battery) is excellent for long commutes. In reality, I get a comfortable 110-120 km in mixed city riding, which is still fantastic and totally eliminates my range anxiety.

The performance is addictive! 0-40 km/h in 3.1 seconds and a 80 km/hr top speed make it a blast in city traffic. It is easily the most refined and smoothest electric scooter throttle I've experienced.

The dual removable batteries are the best feature. They solved my charging problem in my apartment complex. While each battery is heavy, the ability to charge them anywhere is unmatched convenience for premium EV ownership.
