OLA CARE+
Yes, there's a 7-day waiting period if you buy Ola Care+ after scooter delivery. No waiting period if bought with a new scooter.
To claim benefits, register a service request via the Ola Electric app or call 08033113311. Mention your plan and desired service. Our team will verify your subscription, adjust billing accordingly, and may request your subscription certificate. Ensure your plan is active to avoid extra charges.
The Ola Care+ subscription is valid for one year from the later of the scooter's purchase or delivery date.
If your scooter is already delivered, you'll receive the certificate via email within a few hours of payment. If it's yet to be delivered, the certificate will arrive on the delivery date.
If you cancel your scooter booking, your Ola Care+ subscription will also be canceled, and you'll receive a refund. If you bought the subscription after delivery, cancellation isn't allowed. The subscription is also non-transferable, even if the scooter ownership changes.
Theft Assistance will be available between 8am-8pm under the helpline number 08033113311.
*In the case of subscriptions purchased after scooter delivery, RSA will be activated seven days following the purchase date.
