Raptee.HV Commences Large Scale Deliveries of T30 Electric Motorcycle; Bengaluru Launch in April 2026

Marking a significant milestone in the Indian premium EV segment, Chennai based startup Raptee.HV has officially commenced large scale customer deliveries of its flagship electric motorcycle, the T30. The move signals the brand’s transition from a seven year R&D phase to full scale commercial deployment.

Priced at ₹2.39 lakh (ex showroom), the Raptee T30 is positioning itself as a high performance alternative to traditional petrol motorcycles, bringing car grade technology to the two wheeler market for the first time in India.

Expansion Roadmap: Bengaluru and Beyond

While deliveries have initially rolled out in Chennai, Raptee.HV has a clear roadmap for national expansion. The company confirmed that Bengaluru will be the second city to receive the T30, with a dedicated showroom and service center scheduled to open in April 2026.

By the end of 2026, the brand aims to establish a presence across all major South Indian state capitals, with a planned entry into Western India by early 2027.

A First for India: Car-Grade High-Voltage Tech

The standout feature of the Raptee T30 is its High Voltage (HV-Tec) architecture. Unlike most electric scooters and bikes in India that use low voltage systems, the T30 utilizes the same charging standards as electric cars.

• CCS2 Compatibility: The T30 is the only electric motorcycle in India compatible with the vast network of CCS2 car charging stations.

• Rapid Charging: Using a DC fast charger, the bike can juice up from 20% to 80% in just 36 minutes. For quick top ups, a 15 minute charge can provide a 50 km range.

• Home Charging: It features an onboard charger that allows for a 20-80% charge in about an hour using a standard AC plug.

Performance and Reliability

The T30 is built for both performance and endurance. It has already secured a spot in the Asia Book of Records for the highest average distance covered by a production electric motorcycle.
