Ola Electric Launches Hyperservice Centres: Promises Same-Day Service Guarantee
In a major move to address after-sales concerns and boost EV ownership confidence, Ola Electric has announced the launch of its dedicated Hyperservice Centres. The company’s latest initiative promises a same-day service guarantee for eligible customers at no additional cost, marking a significant shift in the Indian electric vehicle service landscape.
The rollout begins immediately in Bengaluru, with the first fully operational Hyperservice Centre located in Indiranagar.
What Are Ola Hyperservice Centres?
The Hyperservice initiative is designed to remove the friction often associated with EV maintenance. Ola plans to progressively upgrade its existing service infrastructure across India into these specialized centres.
According to the company, these centres are built on three pillars: speed, transparency, and technology.

Expanding Access: Ola Spare Parts & Independent Mechanics
In addition to upgrading its physical centres, Ola Electric is democratizing access to repairs. The company announced the expansion of Hyperservice into an open platform.
For the first time, Ola genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules will be available to:
