Yerth Motors Enters Market with Pune Innovation Centre; Backed by $2.2bn Electronics Giant

Yerth Motors officially announced its entry into the global mobility market today with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art Innovation Centre in Pune, India. The new company was founded by industry stalwarts Ashish Singh Joshi and Imran Ismail Mulla, both of whom have experience scaling major mobility businesses.

The company is positioning itself with a "Hypermobility Philosophy," which focuses on integrating connected ecosystems and intelligent technology platforms to meet the evolving aspirations of riders. The Pune facility will function as the primary base for the company's research, development, and product innovation, supporting its goal to expand into global markets.

A key strategic component of the launch is the company’s partnership with a $2.2 billion Indian electronics manufacturing leader. This backing is intended to provide Yerth Motors with the necessary industrial scale and technology foundation to compete globally from the outset.

Ashish Singh Joshi, Founder, stated that the company is aiming to build a "globally relevant brand designed to scale across markets". Fellow Founder, Imran Ismail Mulla, highlighted that their approach "brings together deep automotive engineering and next-generation consumer technology" to create adaptive mobility solutions.
