Celebrating its partnership with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), this special edition electric scooter combines high performance EV tech with the iconic purple and gold of the three time IPL champions.

The Indian electric two wheeler market is witnessing a sporty transformation as VIDA brings the spirit of the cricket stadium to the streets. Unveiled at the Knights Unplugged 3.0 event in the presence of the KKR squad, the VX2 Plus KKR Limited Edition is designed specifically for the "Knight Riders" fanbase.

What’s New in the Vida VX2 Plus KKR Edition?

While the internal mechanics remain consistent with the high performing VX2 Plus, the aesthetics have received a premium overhaul.

• Signature Colors: The scooter features a sophisticated Pearl Black base, layered with a Golden halftone gradient and micro dotted patterns across the body panels.

• Championship Tribute: A standout design element includes three distinct accent marks, symbolizing KKR’s three IPL trophy wins (2012, 2014, and 2024).

• Exclusive Accessories: To complete the look, VIDA has also introduced a matching limited edition KKR helmet styled in the team’s official colors.

• Battery & Range: It is powered by a 3.4 kWh removable battery pack, offering an IDC certified range of 142 km on a single charge.

• Speed & Acceleration: The 6 kW motor allows the scooter to hit a top speed of 80 kmph, with a 0-40 kmph sprint completed in just 3.1 seconds.

• Charging: Using a fast charger, the battery can go from 0 to 80% in approximately 60 minutes, while a full home charge takes about 4 hours and 13 minutes.

Adding to the IPL excitement, VIDA announced a unique incentive for the team. For every KKR victory this season, a standout player will be awarded a customized VX2 Plus KKR Limited Edition scooter, personalized with their name and jersey number.

While the standard VX2 Plus is priced starting at approximately ₹99,490 (Ex showroom), the limited-edition variant is expected to carry a slight premium due to its exclusive design and collector’s appeal.
