TVS to Unveil New Electric Scooter & 3-Wheeler in Q3 FY26 | iQube Sales Cross 6 Lakh Units
TVS Motor Company is gearing up for a major electric push with the launch of a brand-new electric two-wheeler and electric three-wheeler in the October–December quarter of FY26, CEO KN Radhakrishnan confirmed during the company’s Q1 earnings call. The move comes as TVS strengthens its dominance in India’s EV market and expands its electric three-wheeler network, which already covers nearly 70% of the segment nationwide.
New Electric Two-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler Coming Soon
The upcoming models are expected to build on the success of TVS iQube and the recently launched TVS King EV Max, which debuted in January 2025 at ₹2.95 lakh. “The TVS King EV has received tremendous response in the market, and we plan to scale it further to become a key player in the electric three-wheeler category this year,” said Radhakrishnan.
Norton Motorcycles & Adventure Tourer Entry
TVS is also preparing to launch four new Norton Motorcycles models in FY26 across India, the UK, and Europe. The first release will be a flagship 1200cc four-cylinder superbike, expected between October and December. Additionally, TVS will enter India’s growing adventure tourer segment and launch its first electric bicycle this year.
TVS iQube Dominates EV Sales
The Indian EV two-wheeler market has seen a dramatic shift in 2025. While Ola Electric and Ather Energy initially led, traditional OEMs like TVS and Bajaj Auto have surged ahead.
- June 2025 EV Sales: TVS Motor topped the charts with 25,274 registrations, capturing 24% market share.
- Q1 FY26 Sales: TVS sold nearly 70,000 iQube scooters in the first quarter alone.
- Cumulative Sales: TVS iQube sales have crossed 6 lakh units.
TVS currently offers six variants of the iQube, priced between ₹1.13 lakh and ₹1.71 lakh, catering to both urban commuters and premium buyers.
