TVS Motor Expands Electric Three-Wheeler Portfolio in India

TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers, has partnered with EV leasing startup ALT Mobility to deploy 3,000 electric three-wheelers across India in FY26. This partnership covers both passenger electric three-wheeler and cargo electric three-wheeler variants.

ALT Mobility to Drive EV Leasing Through Innovative Model

As part of this collaboration, TVS Motor will supply the electric vehicles while ALT Mobility will manage procurement, financing, and leasing under its Drive-to-Own leasing model. This approach will help reduce upfront costs and encourage fleet operators, logistics players, and individual drivers to adopt TVS electric three-wheelers.

Passenger and Cargo Electric Three-Wheelers for Last-Mile Solutions

The deployment of 3,000 TVS electric three-wheelers in FY26 will be carried out through TVS Motor’s dealer network and ALT Mobility’s sales channels. The partnership will roll out both passenger e-rickshaw models and cargo e-loader models, making them suitable for last-mile passenger transport as well as goods delivery.

EV Leasing Startup ALT Mobility to Provide Full Support

ALT Mobility will offer complete service support for the deployed TVS electric vehicles, including vehicle insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, and fleet management solutions. This makes the ownership experience smooth for drivers and ensures reliable operations for businesses.
