SVM inaugurates first COCO showroom in Chennai, calls for more women in motorsports
Marking a significant step in India’s electric mobility journey, SRIVARU Motors (SVM), an e-motorcycle manufacturing company, has inaugurated its first company-owned, company-operated (COCO) showroom in Royapettah, Chennai.
The all-new showroom is designed as a sales hub and also offers the company’s Prana electric motorcycles including the recently launched flagship PRANA 2.0 model, the company reported.
Moreover, the launch event also introduced the SVM Women’s EV Racing Team, led by Alisha Abdullah, India’s first female national racing champion.
On its opening day, 20 motorcycles were handed over to customers, as the brand’s commitment to accelerating EV adoption.
Meanwhile, SVM has also outlined its expansion plans, aiming to establish 30 new dealerships across India within 90 days.
In addition, the company announced its upcoming electric scooter, ALIVE, which promises cutting-edge features at an accessible price point.
