revolution takes centre stage, electric vehicle (EV) firms are on a recruiting rampage to support their expansion. Both manufacturers and solution providers are on the lookout for skilled people, and although they are considering recruiting individuals with an OEM history, they are also searching beyond that.More employers are looking for candidates with technical abilities, particularly those with knowledge of design, compliance testing, battery technology, and software development. Depending on their expertise level, new hires receive an increase that might be between 10 and 40 per cent.
As they scale up production and pursue new markets, manufacturers including PMI Electro, Raptee, Odysse Electric Vehicles, Aarya Automobiles, e-Sprinto, and Motovolt Mobility, among others, are employing between 50 and 120 people in various verticals.
For instance, in light of the expanding e-bus industry in India and it's capacity expansion with a new facility in Chakan, PMI aims to recruit between 100 and 120 individuals in the upcoming months.
Enigma stated that since they aggressively aim to employ specialists at the CXO level, their hiring ambitions go beyond traditional jobs. The firm said that the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) posts would be crucial in determining the brand identity, market positioning, and strategic course of Enigma.
The business will be prospecting in many cities, including Delhi and Bhopal, where its headquarters are located, in order to assure a large talent pool and varied viewpoints.
