MG Motor, the leading player in the four-wheeler category, is planning to introduce a new product to its fleet in order to enhance its EV product line in the Indian market. The business has filed a patent application for Wuling Binguo, an electric hatchback that is under four metres in length.

Customers have responded well to the vehicle, which is being offered in worldwide markets.

Some information that has come to light indicates that the next EV will be somewhat larger than the Tata Tiago. In terms of total measurements, it will be 1,708 mm wide, 1,580 mm high, and 3,950 mm long. We don't currently know the ground clearance or wheelbase.

The EV will debut on the market with a design like the Nissan Micra and Fiat 500. With EVs, the brand appears to be attempting to revive the nation's golden age.

Expected features of the vehicle include a huge single-pod headlight configuration, a front grille with a black finish, and a roof line resembling a coupe, which might draw a lot of attention. Among other significant characteristics, the EV is probably going to include a defogger, chrome-finished badging, and trendy LED taillights.

The inside of the vehicle will probably be painted in two tones. Customers may anticipate a multifunctional 2-spoke steering wheel, twin screens (one for the driver and one for the passenger), automated air conditioning, cruise control, and numerous charging outlets, among other features.

The majority of the specifications are currently unknown. Nonetheless, there are three engine choices available for the international model. A 30 kW electric motor and a 17.3 kWh battery are included in the basic trim. With just one charge, it enables the version to provide a respectable range of 203 kilometres.

A 50 kW electric motor and a 31.9 kWh battery power the second top trim. With a full top-up, its stated range is around 333 km. With regard to the highest model, it has a powerful 37.9 kWh LFP battery unit and an amazing 410 km of range.
