Mahindra XUV 3XO EV spy photos leaked: Here is what you can expect
Following the release of the XUV300 makeover in April 2024, Mahindra has begun road testing for the electric variant of the XUV 3XO. When the XUV 3XO EV was recently sighted driving, it offered a glimpse of the design. Mahindra intends to launch this new model by the end of 2024, it is the second-oldest model in the company's range of electric vehicles, behind the XUV400 EV. The update highlights the company’s commitment to increasing the reach of the company’s offerings.
As seen in recent spy photos of the car, the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is expected to have several fascinating characteristics. The photographs display C-shaped LED daytime running lights and a charging port installed on the front fender, despite the front being carefully hidden.
Although the vehicle still seems to have an ICE-like appearance, the Mahindra XUV 3XO EV will be equipped with special features like a revised alloy wheel design, new bumpers, and unique badging. In comparison to the XUV400, it should be 200 mm shorter. The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, AdrenoX connectivity, six airbags, and a 360-degree camera are among the features that the standard XUV 3XO is expected to retain. These features will also likely be carried over to the XUV 3XO EV.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is expected to have a 34.5kWh battery pack, which is similar to the one found in the XUV400's base models. As demonstrated by the XUV400, this battery is expected to have a range of up to 375 km.
The Tata Nexon EV, Hyundai Kona Electric, Kia EV6, MG ZS EV, and other electric SUVs will compete with the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO EV after its debut.
