Komaki Electric Vehicles has officially expanded its electric scooter portfolio with the launch of the MG Pro V and MG Pro+. Targeting the mass market segment, these new models aim to offer premium durability and long range performance at highly competitive price points.

A defining feature of the new MG Pro series is the all-metal body construction. While most budget friendly electric scooters in India rely on fiber or plastic body panels, Komaki has opted for a metal frame to enhance strength and longevity for rugged Indian road conditions.

Speaking on the launch, Gunjan Malhotra, Co-founder of Komaki Electric Vehicles, stated that the company is committed to ensuring that affordability does not compromise build quality. By utilizing LiFePO4 battery technology known for its longer lifespan and safety compared to standard batteries Komaki aims to set a new benchmark in the affordable EV segment.
The company is backing these models with a 3-year or 30,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) covering the battery, motor, and controller, providing added peace of mind for new owners.
