Hyundai to launch Creta EV at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025
Hyundai’s next big offering to the Indian auto industry is going to be the Creta EV, set to launch in January next year. The company is expected to launch the prices and specs of the vehicle at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo
The EV will be based on Creta’s ICE counterpart which was launched in India earlier this year. Marking a cross-section of ICE and EV in design the vehicle will retain classic looks with some additional EV-specific elements like new aero wheels, a charging port up front and a fresh steering wheel.
The 2025 Hyundai Creta EV is anticipated to feature a split headlight design, updated front and back bumpers, front and rear LED light bars, and a blanked-off grille as key design features. The model's interior will have technologies including wireless mobile charging, two 10.25-inch screens, an ADAS suite, heated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof.
Although the company has not yet revealed the technical details of the upcoming Creta EV, the vehicle is expected to have a 50–60 kWh battery pack that could take the vehicle 500 km on a single full charge.
