Hero future EV lineup: VIDA unveils compact electric car, new bike and much more
Hero VIDA has unveiled new micro electric four-wheelers under the name “Novus” and NX3, along with a wearable micro mobility device, NEX 1, and an electric trike, NEX 2, PTI has reported.
The company also revealed two concept VIDA electric bikes, VIDA Concept Ubex and VIDA Project VxZ, at the EICMA 2025.
Citing Pawan Munjal, Executive Chairman of Hero MotoCorp, PTI reported, "Novus symbolises renewal and reinvention...(it) reimagines how the world will move, shaping a future that's inspiring, intelligent and inclusive".
He further said, the NEX 3 is an "all-weather personal EV that offers the safety and comfort of four wheels in an elegant and versatile form, for both urban and rural journeys”
It's a four-wheeled, two-seater electric car with front and rear tandem seats.
As per the company, the new lineup symbolises the future of mobility that is "intelligent, sustainable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life".
Moreover, the company has also announced ot launch its VIDA VX2 urban scooter in European markets.
The company also staged various products, including VIDA Concept Ubex, VIDA's first global electric motorcycle, and VIDA Project VxZ, which is being developed in collaboration with Zero Motorcycles USA, PTI reported.
The company is planning to launch an off-road electric motorcycle fleet as well, with the name of VIDA DIRT.E Series
It featured the high-performance, agile DIRT.E MX7 Racing Concept, an electric off-road motorcycle, and the DIRT.E K3, an electric motorcycle for kids aged 4 to 10.
