Exeliq unveils VoltPRO, AI-driven EV battery testing system
Exeliq Tech Solutions has unveiled the VoltPRO series, an AI-driven EV battery testing and analysis system that offers real-time, data-backed insights into battery health and lifecycle performance. The technology aims to help manufacturers enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency in electric vehicles, marking a major step forward in intelligent battery management.
The new technology is developed to test high-voltage batteries that feature bi-directional regenerative power systems to reduce energy use. In addition, the VoltPRO will come in three variants, including BTM80, BTM300, and BTM500.
The AI integration will provide the new technology to monitor battery degradation trends, State of Charge (SoC), and State of Health (SoH).
Citing Rahul Gautam, Co-founder of Exeliq, Energetica India reported, "India's EV market is growing rapidly, but battery performance and safety remain key challenges. With VoltPRO, we wanted to make battery testing smarter, faster, and more scalable. This system enables manufacturers to detect issues early, ensure quality at production lines, and make EVs safer for consumers. It's a step toward a smarter and more resilient EV transition for India," he added.
According to market studies, the adoption of EVs, increased safety regulations, and government-led mobility programs are driving the growth of India's automotive testing business, which was valued at USD 149.29 million in 2024 and is projected to reach USD 243.75 million by 2032, increasing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.32%.
