Bangalore welcomes India’s largest EV charging facility, charging 210 vehicles at once
With more than 210 individual charging points, India’s largest charging facility, featuring the densest concentration of EV chargers at any single point, has been inaugurated in Bengaluru, Express Drives reported. Established by ChargeZone, the charging facility is installed in Beguru, Chikkanahalli, Bandikodegehalli, Amanikere and Karnataka.
The charging facility has 80 DC fast charging units with 160 charging outlets. Moreover, the installation also features 50 AC charging stations with an extra 50 outlets for different kinds of vehicles.
With a total installed capacity of 4 megawatts, the facility is one of the most potent EV charging stations in India. This large power infrastructure allows a variety of electric vehicle types, such as passenger automobiles, commercial electric trucks, and inter-city electric buses, to be charged at high speeds simultaneously.

The charging facility includes planned amenities, like drinking water access, maintained waiting areas, restrooms, and big parking spaces that can handle fleets of commercial vehicles without causing traffic problems.
The facility provides consumers with comprehensive digital services via ChargeZone's integrated technology platform. The system has advanced safety management systems, mobile application-based access controls, and real-time monitoring features to guarantee dependable functioning in all charging situations.
Meanwhile, the entire charging process has been made simpler for both individual and commercial users by this technology integration, which allows users to find available charging stations, track charging status, and handle payments via digital platforms.
