Bajaj launches its all-new Chetak 2901: All you need to know
By introducing the Chetak 2901, a new version of the Chetak family, Bajaj Auto has increased the number of offerings in its electric scooter fleet. This particular model may now be reserved on the company's website for ₹95,998 (ex-showroom).
This new model will serve as the most basic model of chetak positioned below the Premium and Ubrane models
Bajaj made the calculated decision to launch this model under ₹1 lakh in order to take on its competitors that sell similar price models.
Bajaj Chetak 2901 Design
The Chetak 2901's modern-retro style design is consistent with previous models in the series. Bold new colours have been adopted by Bajaj in an effort to appeal to a larger range of customers, especially younger ones. There are four different colour options for the Chetak 2901: Lime Yellow, Azure Blue, White, Black, and Red.
The Chetak 2901 from Bajaj comes with a range of features, such as an optional 'TecPac' that allows for phone and audio management in addition to reverse mode and a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.

According to ARAI certification, Bajaj states that the Chetak 2901 can travel 123 kilometres on a single charge; however, in actual use, the range may differ. Reservations for the Chetak 2901 are now being accepted by the firm in 500 Indian showrooms. This new model will be on sale in stores starting on June 15. The scooter will face competition on the market from models such as the TVS iQube, Ather Rizta, Ola S1X, and Ola S1 Air.
