Very nice vehicle 100 milege.Good service good staff

Excellent service. My Ampere Magnus Ex bike broke down and I was not able to drive inspite of battery charge being 70%, it seems the brake sensor was causing the issue. I had called Darshan to fix. He was kind enough to come from their Dapodi service center to the e-square , Aundh, where my bike was parked. He is highly competent, confident, humble technician, fixed the brake sensor within 15 min, great work, keep it up, No. 1 service center for Ampere Magnus bikes.

Worst experience with service from this service centre. Last time i give up my magnus for repairing ,because motor get damaged by water. They took nearby 1 month for repairing. Whenever I call them for when i will get my bike repaired they says mechanic is not available,we will give you within two days. Most of the time they didn’t pick up phone whenever i tried. On bike brochure company said 3 year warranty on controller but this service centre saying that we will not provide warranty for 3 years.
Worst ever experience from service centre.

Exceptional service from Shree Sai Auto Showroom, with the dedicated support of Aniket and Darshan lighting the way for both service and sales.

Extreme poor after sale support. there servie team sucks. Owner is a nice person but staff ,despite being courteous ,puts zero effort when some issue is reported. for minor minor fixes, you need to visit store 3-4 times. their free service commitment is useless with the purchase. they just do formality in the name of free service. i left my vehicle for regular service at their showroom, see in which condition it got delivered to me (refer the pics i added). Now i am worried where the hell i need to take my ev to get it services. their staff has introduced new issues with the service.
