Altigreen, Magenta Mobility, & Exponent Energy together launches 15-minute rapid charging EV fleet
In order to launch a fleet of
EVs
with 15-minute quick charging, Altigreen Propulsion Lab, a leading producer of electric commercial vehicles, Exponent Energy, an energy-tech firm, and Magenta Mobility have teamed up. With the help of Magenta, Exponent's e^pump network, Altigreen's neEV Tez, and Exponent's e^pump network, companies nationwide will be able to tackle their last-mile logistical issues and cut costs. Exponent's e^pump charges the Altigeen neEV Tez completely in 15 minutes.Maxson Lewis, the founder and managing director of Magenta Mobility, offered the following remarks on the event: "Through our partnership with Exponent & Altigreen, we are setting new norms for efficiency and ease in last-mile logistics. We will be able to cross-utilize our fleet through quick charging in 15 minutes, which will help us save time and cut down on operating expenses. This collaboration demonstrates our dedication to offering cutting-edge and environmentally responsible e-mobility solutions in India in order to electrify and decarbonize logistics. We are laying the foundation for a cleaner and greener future together.
Amitabh Saran, the founder and CEO of Altigreen, stated that the company's neEV Tez "demonstrates that EVs are not only more cost-effective than their equivalents that run on fossil fuels, but they can also deliver additional revenues with 20-hour usage. The Exponent-powered neEV Tez will be made available via Magenta's pan-India, EV-only dealership network in India.

The Magenta platform and infrastructure are ideally complemented by the NeEV Tez and the e^Pumps network to completely transform the last-mile market. Magenta, Altigreen, and Exponent plan to roll out Altigreen neEV Tez e^pumps over the next months following a three-month pilot. Exponent has already set up 30 of the same in Bengaluru to support the fleet.
