Pure EV: All vehicles, price, top speed, range, and more…

The Hyderabad-based firm,

Pure EV

is one of the competing EV manufacturers in the Indian EV market. Under the trade names "PURE EV" and "PURE Lithium," the company produces high-performance lithium batteries, electric scooters, and motorbikes. The firm has built a specialized EV and battery production plant of over 1 lakh square feet. It also has a technical R&D center for EV motor design and evaluation. One of the top EV2W brands in India right now, PURE also holds a commanding lead in sales to South Asian nations like Nepal and Bhutan. The company's primary goals are to create items that the general public adores and establish a solid EV market reputation.

Just like every other EV manufacturer,

Pure EV

saw a drastic growth in EV sales in 2022 compared to its fiscal year 2021. The expansion increased from 10996 units in 2021 to 14961 units in 2022. The development is little to the eye. Still, as competition is growing every day in the EV industry in India, many such companies are eyeing to be the market leaders with their flagship products. Pure EV is trying to do the same.

Although significant incidents happened last year, such as the fire incidents regarding Pure EV vehicles, this was the reason for a massive drop in sales in the second quarter of 2022.

But the company has sworn to bounce back with its brand new launches and future modifications to a safer and more secure riding experience.

Let's analyze Pure EV's products launched in the Indian Market.

Pure EV eTryst 350

The motor of the PURE EV

Etryst-350

produces 3000 W of output. The PURE EV eTryst-350 has disc brakes on the front and back with a CBS braking system.

The electric motorbike Pure EV eTryst 350 costs Rs 1,54,999. It comes in three colors: Punch Black, Tan Red, and Sea Blue. The eTryst 350 is only available in one model from Pure EV.

A naked electric bike with a dash of modern style is the eTryst 350. It has a thin chassis and a hexagon headlamp. Pure EV has given the eTryst 350 a significantly bulkier cylinder with expansions, a seat, and cylindrical crash protection to increase protection.

A 3.5kWh battery is paired with a 3kW motor in the eTryst 350. The electric bike's highest speed is restricted to 85 km/h, and its effective range is 140 kilometers. The eTryst 350 has energy-generated braking technology and an LED as attributes. Its suspension system, which weighs 120 kg, consists of twin rear shocks and telescopic frontend forks. The braking system of the eTryst 350 also has front and rear disc units placed on alloy wheels.

Overall, it is an excellent option if you are a daily commuter. There need to be more options for electric bikes, but it has intense competition with e-bikes like

Revolt RV400

, Oben Rorr & Tork Kratos.

A BLDC powertrain powered by a 2.5kWh lithium-ion battery propels the

ETrance Neo

. Its average power is 1.5 kW, while its maximum output is 2.2 kW. The Etrance Neo's peak speed in its most potent mode is 60 kmph, which isn't a great deal. Neo receives three of those while we're at it. The maximum speed in the initial speed mode is 35 km/h, whereas, in the next, the top speed is 45 km/h. The third speed mode, which is the fastest, may reach 60kmph. Currently, Pure EV asserts that the ETrance can go from 90 to 120 km on a full charge, so these numbers also line up with the various speed modes. The ETrance Neo's battery needs 4 to 4 1/2 hours to recharge completely.

The rider may replace the battery and bring it home to recharge it because it is removable. The firm states that it can carry 150 kg of weight and has a peak speed of 60 kmph. Upcoming Launch

Pure EV Ecodryft

Today in India, PURE EV debuted a new electric motorbike. The Ecodryft e-motorcycle, which the business has unveiled, is said to give a driving range of 135 km per full charge. The identical vehicle is already available for test drives, and its official pricing will be revealed at the beginning of January 2023. The ecoDryft resembles a typical commuter motorbike in regards to appearance. It has a single-piece seat, five-spoke alloy wheels, an angled headlight, etc. Four different color options will be offered for this electric motorbike. They are Red, Blue, Grey, and Black.

The Ecodryft electric motorbike, according to PURE EV, has a 3.0 kWh battery capacity that is AIS 156-approved. One hundred thirty-five kilometers of riding distance are promised on a full charge. Although the electric motor's specifications have yet to be made public, it is stated to have a peak speed of 75 kmph. It also claims to have a fire-proof battery, and the cost for your commutation is as less as 25 paise/km. To stand a chance of luring the commuting market, the Ecodryft will be required to compete with brands like TVS and Honda.

Yet, there needs to be more known about the feature. We must wait for the company to launch its commuter E-bike soon this year.

Co-Founder and CEO of PURE EV Startup Rohit Vadera stated that the business is concentrating on brand promotion and releasing new iterations of its current goods. The vehicle would be comparable in total ownership costs for the typical customer who commutes on a motorbike. To promote increased sales and brand loyalty, the firm is updating its infrastructure of sales representatives and post-sale service providers.

The CEO also emphasized the importance of sales and after-sales support for the company's and its products' profitability. To meet the demands of its customers, Pure EV has a robust infrastructure of sales and support locations around the nation. The business places a high priority on client happiness and strives to give clients a smooth experience.
