Statiq initiates Hyperlocal EV campaign in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala
In a campaign to market its presence in Southern India, EV charging provider Statiq has initiated the Hyperlocal EV Campaign across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala. In cities and semi-urban regions, Statiq runs a live charging network that includes FLUX DC fast chargers and AutoCharge outlets in shopping centres, hotels, gas stations, and on roads. Users can access services like route planner, Statiq Wallet for purchases and prizes and real-time charging updates in the Statiq app.
Akshit Bansal, founder and CEO, Statiq, said in a press statement, “Our Hyperlocal EV Campaign is about making EV infrastructure a reality for everyone in South India, especially in regions that have so far remained unconnected. We’re focused on bridging the gaps and ensuring that reliable, accessible charging is available not just in major cities, but across towns and emerging areas as well. As India moves towards clean mobility, we at Statiq are dedicated to deepening EV penetration and making every part of India truly EV-friendly and accessible,” afaqs reported.
In addition, Raghav Arora, co-founder and CTO of Statiq, said, “Statiq’s strength lies in our ability to innovate for India’s unique needs. From FLUX fast charging to hyperlocal app features, we’re ensuring that every user enjoys a seamless, tech-driven charging experience. Our vision is to power the next wave of EV adoption across real India, one city at a time,” the report added.
To encourage local interaction and app usage, the Statiq City Awareness Drive places billboards and hoardings around Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kerala’s cities of Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram.
The campaign consists of standees at charging stations, printed materials such as bookmarks and origami fans in Delhi, city-centric digital ads on Google and Meta, hyper-local push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, in-app updates via Statiq Buzz, and partnerships with local influencers in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu to explain product features.
