Revolt Motors Signs Hardik Pandya as Brand Ambassador; Targets 3 Lakh Production Units by 2026

In a move to accelerate its dominance in India’s electric motorcycle market, Revolt Motors has officially named Indian cricket star Hardik Pandya as its new Brand Ambassador. The partnership, announced today by parent company RattanIndia Enterprises, is a core component of Revolt’s 2026 strategic roadmap, which aims to transition the brand from a niche EV player into a high volume mass market leader.

The "Disruptor" Strategy

The appointment of Pandya is designed to appeal to the "Gen MZ" demographic and commuters in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. By aligning with Pandya’s "performance first" and "bold" persona, Revolt aims to shift the consumer narrative from cost savings to lifestyle and performance.

“Hardik represents the spirit of modern India bold, fearless, and unafraid to challenge convention,” said Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises. “We are building more than electric motorcycles; we are building a movement towards smarter, more responsible mobility.”

2026 Roadmap: Scale and Infrastructure

Revolt Motors is currently executing an aggressive expansion plan to back its high profile branding:

  • Production Surge: The company is ramping up its Manesar manufacturing facility to double annual production capacity from 1.8 lakh units to over 3 lakh units by the end of 2026.

  • Retail Blitz: Revolt plans to double its dealership footprint, expanding from 200 touchpoints to 400 locations across India within the current fiscal year.

  • Product Focus: The brand is doubling down on its commuter focused models, the RV1 and RV1+. Priced starting at approximately ₹84,990 (ex-showroom), these models feature a 3.24 kWh battery, a 160 km range, and fast charging capabilities (0-80% in 1.5 hours), specifically targeting the 100cc-125cc petrol bike segment.

Market Positioning and IPO Readiness

The branding move comes as Revolt eyes a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) in late 2026. The company has set a target of achieving a monthly sales volume of 5,000 units and total annual sales of 40,000 units for FY26 to strengthen its valuation.

With the Indian electric 2 wheeler market projected to grow exponentially, Revolt is positioning itself as the primary alternative to legacy ICE manufacturers like Hero MotoCorp and Honda. The company is also exploring export opportunities in the Middle East, Latin America, and the ASEAN region, where it aims to leverage Pandya’s global sporting appeal.

Technical Highlights of the Revolt Lineup

The current Revolt fleet, including the RV400, RV1+, and RV BlazeX, features AI enabled diagnostics, swappable battery technology, and multiple riding modes. With running costs estimated at just 5% of conventional petrol bikes, the brand is banking on the combination of Pandya’s star power and technical efficiency to drive the next wave of EV adoption in India.
