Analysis: How Ola Electric Can Use This Momentum to Target No.1 During the Festive Season

Ola’s comeback in July 2025 is more than just a short-term win; it signals a strategic opportunity ahead of the high-demand festive quarter (Oct–Dec 2025).

Factors Working in Ola’s Favour:

  • Aggressive Pricing Strategy: Ola’s ability to offer attractive EMI options and discounted festive bundles can push mass adoption.
  • Hypercharger Network Expansion: Strengthening Tier-2 & Tier-3 charging infrastructure ahead of Diwali can convert fence-sitters into buyers.
  • Supply Chain Stability: Ola’s vertical integration for motors and battery packs protects it better against the rare earth magnet shortage hitting TVS & Bajaj.
  • Software-Driven Differentiation: Features like MoveOS updates and Hyper Mode can appeal to tech-savvy buyers during the festive rush.

Projected Festive Scenario:

If Ola maintains its 17K+ monthly baseline and scales production to 25K–28K units/month by October, it can challenge TVS for the No.1 spot while Bajaj and TVS navigate supply constraints.
