Allianz Partners India And Pulse Energy join hands to ease charging solutions

Allianz Partners India and Pulse Energy, on Tuesday, announced a strategic partnership to improve electric vehicle (EV) ownership experiences across the country. The collaboration seeks to combine Allianz Partners' vast mobility support network with Pulse Energy's innovative roaming-hub-as-a-service platform.

The update is likely to benefit customers by providing a range of features including smooth charging, real-time access to charger locations, and remote control of charging processes. Furthermore, roaming capability will alleviate range concerns among EV owners. An intelligent EV trip planner will create routes with accessible charges and local services, providing stress-free travel. Moreover, the partnership may introduce AI-powered technical help via a chatbot that will give rapid solutions for every EV and charger-related difficulty. This holistic strategy addresses crucial issues including range anxiety, charging infrastructure accessibility, and technical assistance.

Citing Charu Kaushal, Managing Director of Allianz Partners India, Drivespark reported, "This partnership highlights Allianz Partners India's commitment to sustainable mobility. Collaborating with Pulse Energy is a significant milestone in our efforts to enhance the EV ownership experience in India. By integrating their advanced platform with our services, we are committed to providing a seamless, innovative solution that supports sustainable mobility and meets the evolving needs of the customers."
